After months of leaking water and half a dozen contractors unsuccessfully trying to locate the source of the leak, it was a relief when Geoff arrived on site with a far more professional approach to working out what was going on.

He was extremely thorough and used various diagnostic methods to find the source of the leaks. As you are aware, Northbridge Plaza is a fairly old centre with various add ons and other quirky issues so this was not an easy task. But after 3 days of detailed investigation, Geoff identified the source of the problem and put forward a plan on how to solve the issue once and for all. I believe that there is 9 years of history with regards to the ingress of water into the store and a permanent solution had not been proposed until Geoff’s recommendations.

After a fair amount of procrastination on behalf of the landlord, they eventually gave Geoff the go ahead to implement his plan. We gave Geoff access to the store for 6 nights while his team installed a guttering system between the concrete slab and our ceiling. This was not an easy project based on the amount of
stock that we had in the store and the limited space that they had in the ceiling cavity but the work was
carried out without any fuss or mess. The project was completed within the specified time frame and did not impact at all on our trading. The quality of the workmanship was fantastic.

We have not had any further water leaks to date and firmly believe that the ongoing problem has been permanently resolved.

Geoff was extremely professional and understanding of the parameters that he was dealing with and I would gladly use Premier Waterproofing in the future should the need arise. I would without any hesitation recommend their services to anyone experiencing similar water leak issues."

“I am the owner of a unit at Top of the Town. As part of a prolonged saga of defect rectification, earlier
this year, various individuals from Premier Waterproofing worked over a period of days on my balcony to deal with rust and other issues. I was away at the time.

I am no stranger to trades nor to renovation. I have been privy to a great deal of building over many
decades in many houses and apartments.

I returned from overseas to find the job done, done well, with no evidence of it having been done other than that all was in much better shape than before. I have no doubt there WAS considerable dust, gritty muck and a need to tramp some of it through the apartment. Yet there was no remaining dust, no mess of any type, no layer of building dust on the outdoor table or BBQ cover, no damage to plants or to the wooden floor tiles. The floor to ceiling glass had been brushed down and there was no sign of any work/workers.

I was hoping for a good job – and with Lesley (the building manager) about, I was confident there would
be a solid effort to keep things neat and ‘as clean as possible’. However, to have it as clean as it was, was way beyond my expectations.
